           Instructions for invitations and placecards

Please contact me by email so we may discuss the details of the order.  In general I require  a minimum of a week  for a batch of 100 outer envelopes and approx 15% extra envelopes.   I will email you a client form on which you can confirm/book a timeframe for the calligraphy to be done.  Please confirm as soon as you decide to use my service as timeframes can be booked weeks, even months in advance.  Once you have booked with me, I will then forward you some helpful invitation guidelines to get you on your way to creating a perfect list.

        Your address list

Please create in excel or word an organized list of each name(s) and address they way you want them written, along with the corresponding names for the inner envelopes, if you have them.   You can email me this list or include a hard copy when you drop off your envelopes with me.

Payment: Payment is calculated when finished and due at pickup.
